Cancellation & Refunds
This policy applies to all IBS Buddy services, including the IBS Buddy program, mobile application services, and products purchased through the IBS Buddy website or store.
By purchasing or enrolling in IBS Buddy services, you agree to this policy.
1. Program Enrollment
Enrollment in the IBS Buddy program secures your place in a specific program cohort.
Because program access, materials, and preparation begin immediately after enrollment, all program fees are non-refundable.
Once a payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of whether you choose to participate fully in the program.
2. Change of Mind
We encourage participants to carefully review the program information before enrolling.
IBS Buddy does not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Lack of time to participate
• Partial participation in the program
• Personal scheduling conflicts
3. Missed Participation
If a participant misses program activities, sessions, or exercises, IBS Buddy is not obligated to provide refunds or compensation.
Participants are responsible for completing the program materials at their own pace during the program duration.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing IBS Buddy services, please contact our support team.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or restore access. However, technical issues alone do not qualify for refunds.
5. E-commerce Products
For physical products purchased through the IBS Buddy store:
• Products may only be eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or defective.
• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
IBS Buddy does not offer refunds for opened or used products unless required by law.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations, IBS Buddy may review refund requests at its sole discretion. Any such decisions are case-by-case and not guaranteed.
