Cancellation & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing IBS Buddy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Nature of the Product

IBS Buddy provides digital, self-guided educational content that becomes accessible immediately after purchase and remains available for the stated program duration.

Because access is granted upon purchase, all sales are final.

2. No Standard Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once:

the program has been purchased, and

access to the content has been provided.

This applies regardless of:

how much of the program you complete,

whether you experience expected results,

changes in personal circumstances.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion.

Examples may include:

technical issues that permanently prevent access to the program, and cannot be resolved by our support team

duplicate or accidental purchases

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

4. How to Request a Review

If you believe your situation qualifies as an exceptional case, you must email us within 7 days of purchase at:

email used for purchase

date of purchase

a brief explanation of the issue

We may request additional information to evaluate your request.

5. Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed manually.

We aim to respond within 10 business days.

Our decision will be final.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

6. Program Access After Refund

If a refund is approved:

your access to the program will be revoked, and

you must discontinue use of all IBS Buddy content.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
